  • Handmade Gourd Birdhouses

    Check out these hand-painted gourd birdhouses. These were handmade by an Appalachian artist. Fun fact – gourd houses were used by native Americans for housing purple Martins centuries ago. These birdhouses are lovely enough to be used as a decorative centerpiece in your home.

    Since it was ’smokin’ hot outside yesterday, we decided to fire up one of the smokers in the smokehouse. This beef brisket was so delicious! We’re looking forward to serving up some great food in our cafe when we open sometime in mid July.
